subcommand](https://github.com/rust-lang/cargo/pull/14141/) Compatibility Notes - We now [disallow setting some built-in cfgs via the command-line](https://github.com/rust-lang/rust/pull/126158) with the newly added [`explicit_builtin_cfgs_in_flags`](https://doc.rust-lang.org/rustc/lints/listing/deny-by-default.html#explicit-builtin-cfgs-in-flags) lint in order to prevent incoherent state, eg. `windows` cfg active but target is Linux based. The appropriate [`rustc` flag](https://doc.rust-lang.org/rustc/command-line-arguments.html) should be used instead. - The standard library has a new implementation of `binary_search` which is significantly improves performance ([#128254](https://github.com/rust-lang/rust/pull/128254)). However when a sorted slice has multiple values which compare equal, the new implementation may select a different value among the equal ones than the old implementation. - [illumos/Solaris now sets `MSG_NOSIGNAL` when writing to sockets](https://github.com/rust-lang/rust/pull/128259). This avoids killing the process with SIGPIPE when writing to a closed socket, which matches the existing behavior on other UNIX targets. - [Removes a problematic hack that always passed the --whole-archive linker flag for tests, which may cause linker errors for code accidentally relying on it.](https://github.com/rust-lang/rust/pull/128400) - The WebAssembly target features `multivalue` and `reference-types` are now both enabled by default. These two features both have subtle changes implied for generated WebAssembly binaries. For the `multivalue` feature, WebAssembly target support has changed when upgrading to LLVM 19. Support for generating functions with multiple returns no longer works and `-Ctarget-feature=+multivalue` has a different meaning than it did in LLVM 18 and prior. There is no longer any supported means to generate a module that has a function with multiple returns in WebAssembly from Rust source code. For the `reference-types` feature the encoding of immediates in the `call_indirect`, a commonly used instruction by the WebAssembly backend, has changed. Validators and parsers which don't understand the `reference-types` proposal will no longer accept modules produced by LLVM due to this change in encoding of immediates. Additionally these features being enabled are encoded in the `target_features` custom section and may affect downstream tooling such as `wasm-opt` consuming the module. Generating a WebAssembly module that disables default features requires `-Zbuild-std` support from Cargo and more information can be found at [rust-lang/rust#128511](https://github.com/rust-lang/rust/pull/128511). - [Rust now raises unsafety errors for union patterns in parameter-position](https://github.com/rust-lang/rust/pull/130531)cargo-vendorcargo1.62cargo1.63cargo1.64cargo1.65cargo1.66cargo1.67cargo1.68cargo1.69cargo1.70cargo1.71cargo1.72cargo1.73cargo1.74cargo1.75cargo1.76cargo1.77cargo1.78cargo1.79cargo1.80cargo1.81h01-ch4b 1731062831 !"#$%&'()*+,-./01.82.01.82.0-150500.11.6.11.82.0-150500.11.6.11.82.01.82.0cargocargoregistrycargo1.82LICENSE-APACHELICENSE-MITLICENSE-THIRD-PARTYcargo-add.1.gzcargo-bench.1.gzcargo-build.1.gzcargo-check.1.gzcargo-clean.1.gzcargo-doc.1.gzcargo-fetch.1.gzcargo-fix.1.gzcargo-generate-lockfile.1.gzcargo-help.1.gzcargo-info.1.gzcargo-init.1.gzcargo-install.1.gzcargo-locate-project.1.gzcargo-login.1.gzcargo-logout.1.gzcargo-metadata.1.gzcargo-new.1.gzcargo-owner.1.gzcargo-package.1.gzcargo-pkgid.1.gzcargo-publish.1.gzcargo-remove.1.gzcargo-report.1.gzcargo-run.1.gzcargo-rustc.1.gzcargo-rustdoc.1.gzcargo-search.1.gzcargo-test.1.gzcargo-tree.1.gzcargo-uninstall.1.gzcargo-update.1.gzcargo-vendor.1.gzcargo-verify-project.1.gzcargo-version.1.gzcargo-yank.1.gzcargo.1.gz/usr/bin//usr/share//usr/share/cargo//usr/share/licenses//usr/share/licenses/cargo1.82//usr/share/man/man1/-fmessage-length=0 -grecord-gcc-switches -O2 -Wall -D_FORTIFY_SOURCE=2 -fstack-protector-strong -funwind-tables -fasynchronous-unwind-tables -fstack-clash-protection -gobs://build.suse.de/SUSE:Maintenance:36372/SUSE_SLE-15-SP5_Update/cb8099b8cda053ceb51abee7c7210f4b-rust1.82.SUSE_SLE-15-SP5_Updatedrpmxz5x86_64-suse-linuxELF 64-bit LSB shared object, x86-64, version 1 (SYSV), dynamically linked, interpreter /lib64/ld-linux-x86-64.so.2, BuildID[sha1]=57ca9664346b016dc91583760dc818c330d22616, for GNU/Linux 3.2.0, strippeddirectoryASCII texttroff or preprocessor input, ASCII text (gzip compressed data, max compression, from Unix)*R)RR RR!R'RRRRRR R R RRRRRRRRRRR R RRRR#R%R$RR&RR(RRR"RRRA73Uy]utf-8eeb417b2b7588438ac9053c90aff232712b0d0ab6244bd58699df660013c5469?7zXZ !t/]"k%8@ eXe4%+;@@;ҕw%5u,H%$ݜWMS4}$or}[ V3_ph-l oRvQD^~<%Q.q:Xp]^.8Y}=>2Y%[Z=΄OOQgmT'hBHGD؃s(׻_\|W X1Ř Gw)1H7'~K0Ͽ[d֨ a%ztjr6gD0 EXA@Z1X)9j^kpL_ᲃvRI1~?`[kITR zpl8 o,<13l@+H()T*6:Gzu/D'LҖ`@wNx_JDŽ2gh=䱍R^Z90c6V)` OO>S7^"(L'8B\V%kYd?"hL0,u 5%P^׌y񑳩q\S,[J~+oX +/m<ӿeǩcRbH, J:}2Nnb ײG1)0ߎɦ -RK 9{{%;sjYwG?3 3L8kBѤ<E ƚ$<|.Qi88LiD'6B׫PR$ O% 8D1Q*%+; ϶K?#`}4-1=?/[` >ͪ5]'S'Iv1q_j'I,OO@KmNtNd)톞^p?u,Zi Alw:(ffDғºEsdN6䮩e++$Wc5<Q)o(VA ގ,z5R$?[ư?Çu#~U`K}c^53O̶!-Ȇ,LT*ft*R1yyh&Ծ| s百l+ QNSƊJ fP38Mq&W0*kB@8hzB Ʌn ug.L]Ŵֵk~נ"<bXI Bz`6>4yJ(U 65U}/|ao E.\?Pإ!*7_^*,VX;N=FoƏ},EHP[@3 mV 'i YZ
